Welcome to iNK Home Inspections, LLC.  A quality home inspection by a Master Inspector is a crucial step in the home buying process and understanding a home’s quirks, strengths and vulnerabilities will bring peace of mind and inform decisions.

Most inspections take 2-4 hours to perform, however, I take as much time as needed to provide a full and thorough report depending upon the property size, features and condition.  I welcome my clients to walk the inspection with me but will also give a verbal summary of my findings and give a tour of the major items to note at the closing of my inspection.  A complete written report with photos will be emailed of the inspection, please feel free to review the sample report in the link below.

What We Inspect and Why

A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer.  Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
